In my previous post I mentioned that we spent a few days in Las Vegas on a family trip. I had recently purchased a small, mirrorless camera for taking pictures during my travels and my hikes (which I will talk about later). I took hundreds of pictures during the drive to Las Vegas and in the city. I found it very easy to use, and very light to carry it around. (It’s a Panasonic Lumix GX85.)

Unfortunately, when I looked at my first memory card (which I had filled completely), I found one folder corrupted. All pictures from our first day were gone, except for a few. I had used the camera’s WIFI capability to transfer a few photos to my phone at night, just as an experiment. Luckily, those photos preserved some memories from the first day. I don’t know what caused the corruption of the files, but it might have been the fact that I filled the card completely or that the battery was running low (according to articles on the net). I’ll need to learn more about this.

Anyway, I wanted to share some of the photos my hubby and I took: a brief story of our trip in pictures. (Click on the first image to enlarge it.) Enjoy!
